Institute of Medicine Recommends Transparent, Performance Based Finance System for Graduate Medical Education

Source: NIH Institute of Medicine
Institute of Medicine issued a report stating that over $15 billion is spent each year on graduate medical education and recommends monitoring and demonstrating transparent use of the funds. Here I am complaining about how I get paid less than nurses for doing doctor work and working far longer hours. Little did I realize how much our government was spending on us. It would be really nice to know where all the money is being spent. Transparency is a good thing.
